How long will it take to receive my order?
We always ask that you allow 2 weeks for monogramming.
If you have purchased a non-monogrammed in-stock item, our policy is to ship within 5 business days. We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours. We ship via USPS. You should automatically receive an email with a tracking confirmation when your package is scanned at the post office.
First class shipping can take 5-10 business days. If you upgraded your shipping to priority mail then it usually takes 2-3 days. The postal service observes national holidays and can experience longer-than-usual delays in extremely busy holiday seasons.
The addition of a monogram adds 2 weeks to this processing time.
Once items have been fulfilled and shipped by Tami Huston Designs, it is the responsibility of USPS to get your items to you on time. If your package is not tracking or missing, we are happy to assist you in locating the package, but we suggest contacting your local post office or reaching out to your letter carrier as the first point of contact. Once an order is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages.

If your order weighs less than 1 pound, it will ship First-Class using the United States Postal Service with a 2-7 day lead-time. Monogrammed items have an additional lead-time of up to two weeks.
If your order weighs more than 1 pound, it will ship Priority using the United States Postal Service with a 2-5 day lead-time. Monogrammed items have an additional lead-time of up to two weeks.

Returning Personalized Items
Personalized items are not refundable due to the highly customized nature of the product. We will accept returns on personalized clothing if we made an error in the customization of your product.
